You need to bring all bed
linen and towels. The beds have duvets & blankets, but no covers.
The Beacon has a FreeView TV with DVD player.
The Beacon has a WiFi ADSL connection. This is
not a guaranteed service and is somewhat slow! It is fine for
checking emails and the weather. It is not for music or video downloads!
Electricity is by £1
coin meter.
Sorry, we do not accept
pets.

booking can be arranged over the telephone.
The rental is due at the
time of booking: if you need to cancel AND we can re-let your week(s),
then a full refund will be made. If it remains un-let as a result
of the cancellation a refund will not be made.
Receipt of your deposit
will be acknowledged, and details ofour housekeeper provided.

Terms and conditions
- The rental is due at
the time of booking: if you need to cancel AND we can re-let your
week(s), then a full refund will be made. If it remains un-let
as a result of the cancellation a refund will not be made.
- The letting period is from 4pm Saturday to
10am on the Saturday of the final week. While every effort will
be made to accommodate entry prior to 4pm this cannot be guaranteed
as we place high priority on cleaning and preparation.
- Guests are required to vacate their accommodation
by 10am on the day of departure. You will be liable to make good
or pay for any damage to the accommodation and its contents that
you or your party may cause.
- The number of people occupying the property must
not exceed 5.
